Size Capacity & Equipment

Our powder coating facilities are designed to handle large, long, and complex components with ease.

  • Automatic powder coating line:
    9000mm (L) × 2200mm (H) × 700mm (W)

  • Manual batch / oversize oven:
    10000mm (L) × 2900mm (H) × 2500mm (W)

This allows us to coat everything from small detailed items through to oversized architectural elements in-house.

Surface Preparation (Sandblasting)

Proper preparation is critical to coating performance. Prior to powder coating, materials are prepared using our in-house sandblasting and steel shot blasting facilities, removing contaminants and creating the ideal surface profile for strong adhesion and long-term durability.
